Mixed media art on jagged reclaimed wood, a  paper fragment of a serene standing Buddha with halo from antiquity, hand painted by Christina, layered with studio paints, and collaged artist’s canvas. The image and canvas are carefully fitted into the interesting form the wood has taken and its natural shape, live edge and characteristics have been retained. With minimal color, like a salvaged relic. Embellished with a tie of purple- coffee raw silk and small antique seed, metal, clay and glass beads.
