Hand formed clay in bell shapes, carved with ancient symbols and marks that I have collected, each bisque fired and left unglazed to hand stain and color violet-gild-gray. Instead of the expected clapper, there are stones and metals of different ages, from different places, intuitively chosen and joined by color harmony.

More of an amulet with a light jingle. Metals, ancient clay, seed beads, silvery-white- champagne keshi pearl slices, faceted amethyst bead and nugget. Light sound, fluid movement.

Suspended with a simple hand woven cord and attached to a piece driftwood.
