Hand made, pit fired naked Raku vessel, fired without glaze and bathed in stain, wrapped with hand painted vintage black raw kimono silk… the vessel holds a storm fallen stick, its contact with the earth has imprinted a design of symbols, a storyteller to hold in contemplation, prayer, meditation, a bridge to the natural world that connects all things… the stick is wrapped in the same raw silk and  embellished with golden thread.
