What we carry what is sometimes hidden, sometimes shared, this Angel is a reminder of our hidden gold, the light that we possess is cast upon all that is around us, like all things reflective, she is a mirror that sees your hidden gold. Returned from the fire broken at the neck… the fire is fierce and this often happens to pieces… these moments are great teachers… we can dismiss the beauty in front of us in search of what we perceive as perfection - or we can understand the Japanese wabi-sabi mind… the perfection within imperfection.  Sturdily repaired, crackled silvery cast over turquoise with blooming copper, carved design waistband, wings of hand painted coppery-bronze layered antique laces, hand painted textile neckpiece, hand made silvery medallion with antique golden cross, removable with bead and loop closure. Mounted to a piece of reclaimed wood, softly worked to keep the natural characteristics.
