Glory - Softly gazing angel with tilted head… a soft muted palette that feels like her soft gaze, these are the colors of a relic discovered in a centuries old private chapel. Her is crown formed from passementerie fragments and old rhinestones. Her garment and collar are of gilded, fine antique lace fragments, her gossamer wings of hand painted Japanese paper and studio glazes that shine gold when caught by the light. A milky faceted bead with bronze filigreed ends is suspended by hand made bronze links and hold a large, ornate, darkened metal cross. The cross is centered with a rounded, dimensional regal crown, embellished with old rhinestones. At the bottom of the cross, a dangling vintage champagne glass pearl. Magnificent. Suspended with a silvery silk tie, gild washed reverse, reclaimed storm wood with live edge and natural knot hole.
