Burnished rooster feathers…tawny, caramel, cinnamon, rust… the colors of fiery sunsets and dawns spilling through autumn woodlands, joined to a slim naturally shed antler tip, encircled with wrappings of hand painted violet raw silk, golden velvet and linen. A hand wrought link hold a dangle of antique French seed beads, old rough cut garnets, hand made artisan bronze bead and a bead fashioned from pale ochre excavated ancient Roman glass that still holds the mineral encrustments of time beneath the soil.
