A piece of driftwood holds the secrets of land and sea, worn smooth by many furies, storms and moons… hand made potter’s clay bell shapes that did not return to the kiln for glazing, carved with symbols from the ancient manuscripts that I collect, these are not ringing bells or a wind chime, they are vertical art, guardians imbued with the ancient wisdom of nature.

More of an amulet - no jingle. Petite, white clay with light stain in carvings, raw unglazed look with bronzed seed beads, old clay and glass beads, faceted darkened brass oval beads, glass vintage champagne pearl.

Suspended with a simple hand woven cord and attached to a piece driftwood.
