We love this token of Gratitude… a beautiful artifact imbued with the giving of thanks for someone’s answered prayers… Made of very soft silver with a beautiful patina acquired over the last hundred years. In the center of the puffy flaming heart are the letters "GR" ~ Grazia Ricevuta ~ Grace Received, surrounded by pierced flowers, scrolls and three angels. Pieces of this kind are delicate… we wanted to protect it and be sure that it could be enjoyed. Mounted to antique to wood, the front side painted ivory, covered with antique lace, then hand painted to to keep the silvery - muted champagne - gold tones. Antique French metal, frosty white seed beads, fresh water and vintage champagne pearls attach the piece to the wood. Tied with champagne raw silk.

In lovely condition with overall patina - as discovered.
